Many people ask ... What if they have trauma? And if we all have trauma, birth is the first trauma, many times we don't even know what it was like, and how do we forgive that? How do we forgive the programming that Mom told us? Or an absent father, or an abandoning father, an authoritarian or punishing father, or an absent mother ... We simply repeat the words, very humbly lowering our heads, first to our mother. And we say to him: “Mom, thanks for life, thanks for having held me in your womb for nine months, and thanks for having given birth, that was the most important thing for me; it is the only important thing, because it is life that is priceless, and I will never be able to pay it to you, it is like a debt, which is never paid, because life is priceless. ”
Due to the law of belonging and loyalty to any system, as the family is one of them, and very unconscious, we try to repeat it with different nuances and brushstrokes to feel part of the Clan or the family. Of course… ..all this we do for LOVE, so the unconscious feels a space of comfort, which we confuse with comfort and well-being.
We repeat the patterns for being loyal to the system and not feeling that we are betraying it, because in the end the betrayal, as we know leads to guilt, which as we will detail later is the root of all the low frequency energies that are born in the fear.
Fear, as it is the most powerful of the negative energies, since it is the one that blocks the most, we do not know how to unconditionally come to Love ourselves, this being the only opposition of fear
